COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This competition is ran by Louise Sedgman Photography and is in no way affiliated or endorsed by Facebook or other social media platforms.
By entering this competition, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions.
Entry is valid to Australian residents over 18 years of age.
Only one entry per person.
Entries open on the date and time listed and close on the date and time listed in the original post.
Winners will be drawn at random and be notified directly by Louise via phone as well as announced on our FB page .
It is the right of Louise Sedgman Photography to disqualify or remove an entry deemed unsuitable or a breach of the terms and conditions.
We will never ask for your credit card or bank details, so please be aware of scams.
Competition winnings/prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Photo sessions must be booked by the ‘booking before’ date listed on the voucher. Bookings after this date may not be honoured.
Competition prizes are for private, individual persons. Not for commercial or business purposes unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.
There are no additional costs associated with the major prize giveaway. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase additional products or services however, additional products may be purchased.
There are potential added costs with the minor prize draw with the opportunity to purchase additional photos with individual photos starting at $378, wall art from $638 and photo packages from $1778. There is absolutely no obligation or requirement to purchase photos, but it can be hard to walk away from the beautiful photos that have been captured.
