Masterclass Terms and Conditions

Stuff you need to know…

Bookings are essential and can be made by clicking the ‘Book Your Spot Now’ Button located on the workshop/masterclass info page, which will take you through the booking process. Most Masterclass workshops will require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance payable one week before the workshop.

Introductory workshops are paid in full at the time of booking.

The workshop/masterclass may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met (max number of participants is approx 6), in which case you will receive a full refund or can reschedule.

***Cancellations*** In the event of any workshop or masterclass being canceled due to unforeseen events outside of our control, all money paid will be refunded in full or can be used toward any other workshop or masterclass. We require a minimum of 7 days notice if you can no longer attend a workshop or Masterclass. All deposits are non-refundable with less than 7 days’ notice, but can be used towards any other future workshop or masterclass.

*Images used on our website or social media for advertising the workshop are purely illustrative and may not indicate that these are the horses or people you will photograph during your workshop.

If flying from interstate, we recommend you have travel cancellation insurance just in case the workshop has to be cancelled. If the workshop is cancelled due to Covid19 or severe weather, all money paid will be refunded in full or can be held until a new date for the workshop is made.

During all equine masterclasses, you will be asked to sign a waiver stating that you are aware of the possible hazards associated with being/working/photographing around horses. You will also be asked to sign a model release as we will be capturing images and footage throughout the workshop for future advertising and promotion.

PLEASE NOTE:  Images you take during the workshop may be used for your own social media sharing and building your image portfolio but must include full credit to the workshop. Images cannot be used for commercial purposes, this includes self-promotion, professional photography awards,  professional competitions or any form of commercial/professional use without prior negotiation and potential additional usage fees. Camera club competitions, Local shows, exhibitions and VAPS and APS competitions are allowed. Reach out if you want to chat further about this.

The Itinerary, models and animals may change at any time due to circumstances out of our control. All measures will be made to ensure suitable alternatives.
