One full day, which also includes lunch.
This workshop will help you to understand your camera, without pressure or too much of techy stuff. Learning about the language of photography and gently guiding you to become familiar with what your camera has to offer. You’ll learn about your camera and its buttons, dials and functions as well as shooting technique. You will have a new understanding of your user manual without the fear. You will learn all about the exposure triangle, aperture, shutter speed and ISO. As well as depth of field, lenses, focusing, metering, white balance, developing your photographers eye and composition, accessories, work flow, editing, storage and care of your files, printing, output and much, much more. Limited to only 4 participants so you get a very personal learning experience.
This workshop is perfect as a starting point for future on-location workshops such as my Introduction to photography 2 – In the garden with Louise, where you’ll get to put your new knowledge into practice. Because starting your journey with a solid foundation (but without the heavy tech stuff) is super important to helping you enjoy your photography.
