Come with me into a world of equestrian elegance, and photographic magic with my exclusive photography masterclass at a stunning lavender farm on the Mornington Peninsula. This photography workshop experience combines delicious food, a summer sunset, the colours and fragrances from the rich fields of lavender. Combined with a beautiful horse and rider partnership to create the perfect setting for capturing breathtaking imagery. January is the best time of year to visit the farm as the lavender is at it’s most glorious, with rich colour and intense aroma.

This is the perfect masterclass for any enthusiast photographer wanting to take your equine portrait photography to the next level or anyone wanting to expand their image portfolio. We will have access to the entire farm, with tree-lined driveway,  lake,  and the most beautiful fields of lavender. Opportunities to capture stunning portraits, both still and in action, as well as portraits within the landscape will all make for great photography. Our horse and rider duo are superb, both in skill and aesthetics. Imagine a beautiful horse and her elegant rider cantering bareback and barefoot through the lavender at sunset. With flowing gown and mane flying, this is certain to delight your senses in every way.

Full tuition will be provided on what camera settings to use, posing, lighting, composition and working with horses and people. You will get the most out of this masterclass if you are comfortable navigating your camera’s semi-automatic or manual settings. Suitable for advanced beginners through to the more serious photographer.

There will be a bit of walking over undulating ground and up sloping hills, so a moderate fitness level is recommended. Not suitable for those physically impaired.
